Spirit of Hope and Healing is a specialized consulting and training organization dedicated to equine-assisted work and grief, death, dying, and loss. We support both nonprofit and for-profit organizations with the expertise needed to build ethical, sustainable, and emotionally sound programs.

Spirit of Hope and Healing focuses on equine-assisted counseling, grief and trauma programming, school-based education, and team support for boards, staff, and volunteers, especially those working on the front lines of care and service. Through consulting, workshops, and counseling, we help organizations strengthen their people, protect their mission, and do their work well for the long term.

At our core, we are an organization that cares deeply about people, those who are grieving, those who are serving, and those who are quietly holding everything together. We understand that this work is not abstract. It is personal. It is emotional. And often, it is exhausting.
